The reference page is where I am including video recommendations made for me by former supervisors, co-workers, and those I’ve supervised. I think these videos tell the story better than any letter of reference could, but if you really want a letter I can give you that too. 
Currently I am an eLearning Specialist for the Partnership for People with Disabilities at Virginia Commonwealth University where I have been employed for over a year. Over the past 13 years I have held positions that have required strong technical skills AND project management skills.
