Rebecka rocks as a manager. At the operational level, she's outstanding about putting systems and process in place as well as managing and supporting their use. At the strategic level, she's a clear thinker and leader. As a manager, she expects high quality from her team while giving them autonomy. She actively supports innovation and promotes appropriately.

Rebecka is a top notch, reliable, competent professional. She is an excellent manager and is extremely well organized. Rebecka has the vision, the big picture, as well as the details in mind as she approaches her work. She communicates very clearly verbally and in writing. She always completes her work in a timely way – and keeps the team updated regularly on her progress. Rebecka is creative, an excellent problem solver, and a fun person to work with (e.g., check out her blog on low cost technology and her skills in lighting!). I would be pleased to provide any additional information that you might need.

Rebecka is a wonderful person to work with. She is an extremely skilled technology professional, a great manager, a fabulous trainer, and a major team player. She has developed our online video and training library, our web site, blogs, social media presence, conference registration, online conference preparation and follow up, webinars, and a variety of technology related professional development activities. Rebecka has also been instrumental in supporting professional development for our team in the area of technology through individual consultations, team trainings, and customized small group supports. She has kept our staff, consultants, and clients on the cutting edge of technology.

Rebecka is able to translate highly technical concepts in very consumable ways. She helped us translate face-to-face training strategies into online learning environments that maximize the principles of effective professional development and participant learning. She is extremely responsive to a variety of audiences, including team members, consultants, and consumers. During our National Leadership SpecialQuest training event, Rebecka’s session was “sold out” and received rave reviews and an award from participants! I have learned so much from Rebecka and really enjoy working with her.

I work in the field of online learning and Rebecka's knowledge of online learning technology and all major uses and functions of platforms is unsurpassed. She has provided me countless hours to TA on everyone from how to troubleshoot SCORM compliant uploads to the best uses of tools for my online learning goals and audiences. Her knowledge and skills are invaluable for anyone she provides support.

As a faculty in Higher Education (and a non-native techie user), Rebecka does a fantastic job of creating enthusiasm about the multiple uses of technology, provides detailed information regarding what various tech modes offer (with accompanying contact information), and eases the apprehensions one might have towards "diving in" to the world of technology. Her presentation at the National SpecialQuest Leadership Conference this past spring was exciting, fun, and extremely valuable. As an assistant (iReporter) for this session, rave reviews from those who attended were evident for the remaining days of the conference, and that enthusiasm was shared with other conference participants. Rebecka is extremely skilled in her field, and yet makes information to others completely understandable! How terrific is that!!!

I have worked with Rebecka for 10 years. Throughout this time she always kept our project in sync with cutting edge information technology. She is innovative, creative, and a great problem solver and troubleshooter. Rebecka designed several of our professional websites and database systems. She was instrumental in the development and support of our online learning communities, communities of practice and community networks. She was instrumental in helping our participants understand how these new technologies, social networking and web 2.0 tools could help them stay connected over time. She is professional, easy to work with very knowledgeable and personable. Rebecka is a pleasure to work with and she has a great sense of humor.

As an early childhood educator for over 40 years, I have never attended a conference workshop that was more interactive and informative. We had a ball and learned so much. We didn't want it to end!!

I contracted with Rebecka to design and present a customized introduction to social media for our new peer-driven youth outreach project. Although the youth, ages 17-20, had lots of experience using social networking platforms in their personal lives, they were generally unfamiliar with the potential of using social media for an outreach campaign. The presentation itself was engaging and fun. But, the proof of her presentation's value is that the Peer Outreach Coalition has reached and interacted online with hundreds of youth in only a few months about teen emotional and physical wellness.

Rebecka delivered a fantastic workshop and presentation to The Peer Outreach Coalition at Community Action Partnership. Her presentation was both engaging and informative for both the youth and adults in attendance. We followed her advice about how to create a social media campaign and watched our fan base grow!
Recently several member of the Peer Outreach Coalition were interviewed for a local radio program. Two of the three members interviewed cited Rebecka's presentation as their favorite training so far. Her presentation has been invaluable to to the success of our campaign.

Rebecka's iTechies presentation was creative, engaging, very informative and fun! She helped us sort through free web-based social media venues giving us a chance to match their capabilities with our needs. Rebecka kept the session on track and I left feeling enriched and empowered to tackle social media networking at a higher level!
